What to Bring to Your First Appointment
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
- List of current medications (include dosage and frequency)
- Previous medical records and recent lab results (if available)
- List of known allergies (medications and environmental)
- Name and contact information for any current specialists
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Registration & Intake
You'll complete a brief registration form with your personal information. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit.
Health History Review
Dr. Pillay will review your medical history, current concerns, and health goals. This is your time — come prepared with questions.
Physical Examination
A comprehensive physical exam will be performed based on your age, health history, and presenting concerns.
Care Plan
Dr. Pillay will discuss findings, recommend any necessary lab work or referrals, and develop a care plan tailored to your needs.
