Telehealth appointments are available Monday through Friday evenings, with same-day slots often available for urgent concerns. You will be asked for basic information about your symptoms or the reason for your visit.
Step 2: Prepare for Your Visit
Before your appointment, gather any relevant information: a list of your current medications and dosages, recent lab results if applicable, your blood pressure readings if monitoring at home, a list of questions you want answered, and your insurance information. Good lighting and a private space with a reliable internet connection are important for a productive visit. A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a front-facing camera is all the technology you need.
Step 3: Your Video Visit
You will receive a secure link before your appointment. At the scheduled time, click the link to join your visit with Dr. Arpana Pillay. If prescriptions are needed, Dr. Pillay will send them electronically to your preferred pharmacy — often before the visit is over. Lab orders are sent electronically to your nearest LabCorp or Quest location. Follow-up instructions are provided directly during the call.
